1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return and refund service from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, and shoe box included

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Prior authorization obtained from our support team

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or cleaned

  • Orders exceeding the 30-day return period

  • Wrong size or model selected by the customer

  • Subjective reasons (e.g. “I don’t like it anymore”)

  • Minor and acceptable imperfections (see Section 3)

  • Shoe boxes damaged due to international shipping

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Orders confirmed and approved after QC photos

3. About Quality & Acceptable Variations

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment.

The following are considered normal and acceptable, and do not qualify as defects:

  • Slight glue smell

  • Minor wrinkles or creases

  • Small loose threads

  • Slight stitching offsets

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display

Once QC photos are confirmed, the item is considered approved for shipment.

4. QC Confirmation & Order Modification

  • Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment only

  • Once QC photos are confirmed and the order is shipped, cancellation or interception is not possible

  • After delivery, after-sales service may be initiated if eligible

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect model or size sent

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos.

We will evaluate the issue and offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • Replacement

  • Reshipment

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

6. Customs & Shipping Issues

  • If a package is seized or returned by customs, please contact our support team

  • Solutions may include reshipment or alternative arrangements depending on the case

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

7. Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is not received:

  • Please contact your local post office immediately

  • Obtain a loss report or complaint number

  • Provide the report to our support team for further assistance

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

9. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–6 business days after inspection
